To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zkyra Lab Investment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or other reasons without prior notice.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of NexGo constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
